IFA Support Administrator, London Salary up to £30,000 (Dependent upon level of experience) Excellent benefits including a bonus and 30 days holiday.

Immediate start available.


This is an excellent and interesting opportunity to work for a London based IFA firm who have a client centred approach and are experienced in helping clients with complex needs and treat their staff well while having lots of fun in the process.

This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys socialising and taking part in fun activities.


The purpose of the role is to provide client services, and administration support to an IFA practice who offer unparalleled service to their clients.

You will provide support to the whole team, including Financial Advisers and clients.


You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.


Your duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Advisors and Paraplanners in order to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out
  • Deal with payroll enquires

Skills and experience required:


  • A minimum of 6 months experience within Financial Services
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively
  • You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs, Investments
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and numeracy skills both written and oral
  • An interest in Finance from an accounts perspective also

In return you will earn an excellent salary of up to £30,000 and an annual discretionary bonus

30 days holiday and the opportunity to be part of a break away to a different country on an annual basis.
