Description

Manage a varied caseload of complex matters that will include: 1 Drafting and negotiating a wide range of business-to-business contracts.

2 Drafting standard agreements including terms of sale and contracts of distribution and agency. 3 Drafting standardterms for sales to consumers. 4 Advising on data protection compliance including desktop audits and time-sensitive matters as they arise. 5 Providing transactional support to the corporate team.

Ensure personal legal knowledge is kept up to date and newadvancements are communicated to the wider team.
You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in a commercial law role.
Preferably, have an excellentacademic background.
Possess exceptional client care skills.
Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Be highly motivated and able to add value to the role.
Be able to demonstrate proactive management of matters with a minimum of supervision.
Be a team player and able to get on with others.
