Receptionist/Administrator - Edinburgh

Highly regarded boutique legal practice, based Edinburgh City Centre has an immediate opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their Front of House team.
The Front of House Team plays a crucial part in delivering an efficient administrative support to the firm, ensuring the firm runs effectively and efficiently at all times.
The key tasks of the Team involve:
- Front of house
- management of the reception, meeting rooms and public areas and welcoming visitors and clients to our office
- Telephony answering and forwarding calls or taking messages as appropriate (our current inbound call volumes are circa 65 per day)
- Rota over lunch to ensure front of house cover
- Staff facilities ensuring all staff areas are kept clean, tidy and stocked appropriately
- Stationery ordering and managing the storage of stationery including delivery to specific work areas and our Kirkcaldy office
- Client onboarding data inputting of client information to our case management system
- AML checks running AML checks on our software as part of client onboarding
- Scanning sorting and preparing inbound mail and other documents for scanning, ensuring scanning is completed accurately and then storing documents prior to secure destruction
- Mail collection, sorting and delivery of inbound and outbound mail from DX and Royal Mail as required
- Estate Agency supporting our Property Sales Director in admin tasks to include arranging viewings and maintaining the key safe
- Lettings dealing with contractors and checking keys in and out
- Ad hoc admin support providing admin support throughout the business on an ad hoc basis when required
