We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Support Administrator to work in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.


Hours:8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday


Salary:
£24,000 per annum


Location:
Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire


Duties Include:


  • Customer order processing and coordination
  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner, and developing an ongoing relationship
  • Handling queries, order progression and expediting of product
  • Liaising with other departments in the business

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or within a business to business sales environment
  • Proficient in IT support packages including Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
