We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Support Administrator to work in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.Hours:8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday
Salary:
£24,000 per annum
Location:
Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Duties Include:
- Customer order processing and coordination
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner, and developing an ongoing relationship
- Handling queries, order progression and expediting of product
- Liaising with other departments in the business
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or within a business to business sales environment
- Proficient in IT support packages including Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
