Yard Operative

Salary:
£11.57per hour, plus Veolia benefits


Hours:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00 (1 hour unpaid break)


Location:
Croydon, London., CR0 3RL

What will you be doing?

  • Cleaning and repairing a range of waste containers sizes
  • Sweeping up the yard and maintaining site cleanliness
  • Litter picking of site
  • General yard maintenance
  • Traffic control
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standards of site
  • Any other request from the management team

What are we looking for?

  • Waste management experience would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and customer orientated
  • Drives health and safety culture
  • Driving licence advantageous
