We are seeking a Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Weston-Super-Mare area.


This 1 form entry Primary School is passionate about providing a team of staff who encourage children to have an inquisitive mindset, take pride in their achievements and have high expectations of their own values.

You will help to create this learning environments where pupils can expand their knowledge.


The Role


This role is a full-time Teaching Assistant position, where you will be proactive and energetic, inspiring students to be confident and independent with their learning.


You will be expected to:

  • Be a Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant.
  • Have previous experience working with children in a classroom setting.
  • Be adaptable to allow each child to access the curriculum.
  • Implement planned activities and adjust according to the students' response and development.
  • Have great behaviour management skills
  • Support the children on a social and emotional aspect.
  • Work with the school SENCo to gain ideas on how to support each child.

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special

Schools.

£91.00-£95.00 per day
