Description
Full training will be provided however experience in a similar role is essential. You must possess strong communication skills, have experience of dealing with customers and be able to work under pressure. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to join an established local business. Knowledge of Excel and Word are also required.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Despatching orders, booking in deliveries & raising paperwork
  • Sales orders admin
  • Liaise closely with all internal departments regarding customers' orders
  • Raising new specifications and quotations
  • Receipting goods in
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Stock control
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Maintaining schedules and spreadsheets
Hours of work: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
