What will this Audit and Accounts Manager role entail?

Managing a client portfolio of c.£500k£600k
The split of role can vary from 80% audit 20% accounts to 60% Audit, 40% Accounts, and Tax
Acting as key contact for those clients, delivering on multiple assignments to agreed deadlines alongside the Partners
Managing projects fully and to budget
Training and development of junior team members
