About Our Client:
My client is a leading manufacturer in the optical industry. They specialise in offering solutions to businesses.
- As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate, escalate, and liaise with the global team as required to ensure successful resolution of customer queries
- Developing a professional rapport with the customer, identifying and addressing customer's needs and advising them on products and services accordingly
- Be commercially aware and identify opportunities to further enhance the relationship with the customer; either delivering these opportunities or sharing with the commercial team as appropriate
- Be a representative of the brand; promoting and its products
- Building long term relationships with customers
- Achieve KPIs (including first contact resolution and customer feedback)
- Working collaboratively across the business to ensure resolution of customer queries
The Successful Applicant:
- As a Customer Service Advisor you will have:
- Experience in a customer service call centre environment which includes a proven track record of successfully delivering a world class customer experience
- Technical bias interest in and experience of resolving customer technical queries that are equipment or digital solution orientated
- Proactive mindset desire to add value for the customer that is coupled with the followthrough of a results driven mindset
- Investigation and problem solving skillset
- A high level of digital skills
- Microsoft Office and digital solutions that are required to deliver a customer experience
- Continuous improvement mindset able to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and evidence of taking accountability for delivering these
- Time management and prioritisation skillset
