Responsibilities
As Task Order Coordinator you'll be working within the HMPF Maintenance team, supporting them in delivering and planning paid order works.
Your day to day will include:
- Driving TFL'S budget and ensure the budget is adhered to
- Assisting with outstanding paid order works, covering the whole network
- Liaising with supply chain to deliver works
- Report directly to the Core Service Manager and working in tandem with the Planning Manager to coordinate resource

- Demonstrate experience in a similar environment
- Show involvement in enforcing and working with budgets
- Provide flexible working, conduct site visits and feel comfortable with dual depot reporting
