We're looking for a Task Order Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Edmonton/Staines.

Responsibilities


As Task Order Coordinator you'll be working within the HMPF Maintenance team, supporting them in delivering and planning paid order works.


Your day to day will include:

  • Driving TFL'S budget and ensure the budget is adhered to
  • Assisting with outstanding paid order works, covering the whole network
  • Liaising with supply chain to deliver works
  • Report directly to the Core Service Manager and working in tandem with the Planning Manager to coordinate resource

  • Show involvement in enforcing and working with budgets
  • Provide flexible working, conduct site visits and feel comfortable with dual depot reporting
