experienced Customer Service Representative (German speaking) to manage the customer order process from order to cash, building longstanding customer relationships.


Client Details
Our client is a global logistics distribution and supply chain business, who supply to a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative (German speaking) to join their team.


Description
Duties of the Customer Service Representative (German speaking) include:

  • Responsible for International Account management and Customer Relationships
  • Discuss issues with Customers and using methods of resolution to resolve any issues
  • Acknowledge changes in customer needs and demands, providing feedback to management
  • Track customer related concerns and provide time sensitive feedback
  • Overview forecasts and plan ahead with other departments to manage production

Profile

  • Experience with Customer Service in Manufacturing and Production
  • Account management experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Bilingual (German speaking)
  • Past experience in a manufacturing environment

Job Offer

What the client is offering:
- £32,000 salary

  • Monday
  • Friday (Approx 37 hours) with Flexitime & some hybrid available
  • Office Based, located in Trafford Park (Manchester)
  • Gym on site
