Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be partnering with a successful, expanding organisation based in North Oxford, who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

This 6 month fixed-term contract offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum,25 days annual leave pro rata (plus bank holidays), free onsite parking, flexible working, free lunch and soft drinks and a good pension.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
6 month temporary contract - company expanding

Up to £30,000 (based on experience)

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Accurate input of data in multiple currencies on purchase ledgers
Match invoices to purchase orders and process invoices without POs
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements and resolving queries
Preparing payment runs for approval
Raising purchase quotes and orders
Supporting the Financial Controller
Processing and accounting for VAT

Essential

Ideally, they are seeking someone with previous accounts and accounting software experience. Also, experience of purchase or sales ledger is required as well as competence with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Software
