Hyde is looking to recruit a Trade Supervisor within the Disrepair and Voids team.

Hyde is one of the UK's leading Housing Associations. Property Maintenance at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home.

As a Trade Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the Disrepair, Responsive Repairs, Planned and Void service ensuring a customer focused approach and a right first time repairs service in line with agreed budgets and performance measures.

Key Responsibilities of a Trade Supervisor:

To manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.
Manage trades operatives to ensure right first time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with to safeguard our staff and the general public.
Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.
Provide training and any required support tools in order to coach and equip individuals with appropriate business knowledge and skills.

Skills and experience required:

Residential experience needed
Trade Supervisory experience minimum 2 years
Social Housing experience within voids is essential
Site visit experience
