Attending branch offices located within the UK
Breakfix incident resolutions
Software installations
Hardware installations
Office moves and relocations
Some Service Desk cover where necessary
Documentation (Creation & maintenance)
Team knowledge sharing & collaboration
Undertake oncall duties on a rota basis
Follow health & safety and IT best practices

Our essential requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience working within an existing multi site IT role
Confident with deskside Windows based support and support of mobile technologies
Experience of laptop, desktop & server hardware, along with Windows 10 installing, configuring & troubleshooting
