Job Spec
A leading Birmingham firm is looking to recruit a junior Property Litigation solicitor to join their team.

You will be working with associates and partners on a range of high-value property litigation matters including property matters such as 1954 renewals, dilapidations and break notices, and trespass and possession claims.

The work will involve dealing directly with clients' courts and enforcement bodies.

As expected at a leading national firm there will be a full investment in training and development.

Ideally, the firm is looking to recruit and NQ or junior lawyer with experience in Property litigation but most importantly a strong interest in the area.
