th June**Job Description: Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for supporting communities? We are seeking an Administrator to work closely with our Programmes Support Officer and Stronger Communities Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative and clerical functions.


You will be the backbone of our administrative support, assisting team members with tasks such as taking messages, photocopying, printing, data collection, and monitoring.

Moreover, you will manage our office supplies, ensuring we have what we need when we need it.

Maintaining meticulous information systems will be central to your role. You will oversee contact databases, handle data entry, and develop and manage a sophisticated filing system. Handling sensitive and confidential information will be a critical aspect of this responsibility.

Your role will involve liaising with various sections and departments to verify information and seek necessary authorizations for action. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication within and outside the team.

You will play a key role in organising our internal processes. This includes arranging meetings, taking precise minutes, coordinating meeting rooms. Supporting community events and activities will be part of your role. Your contributions will directly impact the success of these initiatives and our mission to strengthen community bonds.

You will keep financial records in order, manage invoices, and handle grant documentation. Additionally, you'll provide essential financial and performance information to meet both internal and external requirements. Adherence to Council procurement procedures is crucial.


Your attention to detail will shine as you schedule deadlines and oversee the collection of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


You'll be responsible for researching and retrieving documents and information as requested by the team will be part of your role.

Relevant Experience requirement 3 years' experience of working in an office in an administrative or clerical capacity involving systems relating to finance, record keeping, statistical information and inventories.
