Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in our residential properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and change light bulbs
- Perform carpentry work such as building shelves, cabinets, or furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Note:
A valid driver's license and car is essential
Job Types:

£22,055.00 per year
