Reporting to the Senior People Services Advisor you'll be responsible for delivering the whole onboarding process from start to finish for new colleagues including production of contracts and screening.
To be successful in the role, you'll have previous experience of working in an HR Shared Services team with excellent attention to detail and sound communication skills.

Working Hours:
Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting workloads coming into the team
- Reviewing the inbox ensuring activity is prioritised
- Production of contracts
- Be a system expert on ensuring the right workflows are completed throughout the onboarding journey
- Managing waivers and alerts for the screening process
- Supporting the team to make improvements and simplification to processes
- Working collaboratively
- Supporting review and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures and advice & guidance documentation.
- Managing data integrity
Qualifications:
What we're looking for:
- Experience of working in an HR Shared Services team.
- Attention to detail.
- Understands and demonstrates importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of IT tools and Microsoft packages, demonstrating accuracy and speed when updating relevant HR systems.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate risk awareness and impacts of risk.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
