This fantastic business have experienced massive growth within the last year, and they are looking for an organised, process driven, team player, to join the team in this fast-paced environment and provide support to service engineers nationallyThis is a Monday - Friday position, hours are 08:30-17:00 (weekends off)
Duties of the Scheduler:
- Managing the diaries of Engineers nationwide
- Scheduling calls for Service Engineers
- Leasing with the service desk, and admin team
- Assisting in preplanning installations and arranging boiler inspections
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Providing general support to colleagues and proactively engage with other teams in the business
Previous experience for the Service Coordinator:
- At least 1 years experience in scheduling/coordinating
- At least 1 years experience in admin/administration
- Previous customer service experience is desired
- An organised and proactive team player
