2fawcett are recruiting for an
Sales Administrator to join our client in
Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.


The role & responsibilities:
To
process all customer
orders and enquiries with mínimal error

Effective communication with customers when dealing with telephone
enquiries
To handle all customer complaints professionally and to company procedures

To ensure quotations are followed up as per the current procedure

Advise customers of any potential sales order delays

Ensure stock levels and customer back-orders are managed to avoid disruption to the business


Requirements:


Administration experience


Customer service experience

Good at organising workload & that of others


Sales order processing would be preferred


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
