Description
Working both individually and as part of a team, packing a variety of food products. Working with manual and automated equipment to a high quality standard, meeting hourly production targets.

Previous experience of working on an assembly production line and basic IT understanding is essential.


Essential Skills:

  • Able to work under own initiative and on occasion under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines and demands
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Operational Fault Finding and problem solving
  • Work independently and part of a team.
  • Manual dexterity
  • Manage self, working/assisting colleagues obtaining their involvement and buy in
  • Effective contribution
