MAIN FUNCTION:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with CRM team to analyse data and demonstrate how strategies have driven value for both customers and the business
Responsible for ad hoc campaigns and on going CRM journeys
Build and test personalised content through Movable Ink
Liaise with the customer experience team in order to drive consistent customer communication
Analyse and identify trends to share and recommend a course of action to the business on a regular basis
Analyse and provide campaign insights to refine ongoing outbound marketing communications
Be an Ambassador for schuh communicating our brand DNA confidently to third parties

Experience & Background:

Consumerfirst approach (lives and breathes the customer)
Experience in a similar role using enterpriselevel CRM Data driven and data literate, analytical and highly passionate
Ability to work to tight deadlines and have a flexible approach to comms changes
Creative
Strong attention to detail
Methodical testing approach
Experience of building and testing CRM journeys and ad hoc campaigns, preferably using Salesforce
Strong communicator
Team player

About the location

Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is inbetween Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
