McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional
Bank Care Supervisor to join their team at
our BRAND NEW DEVELOPMENT Bluebell House in
Westcroft,
Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
This is not traditional care, this is better
Our development; Bluebell House offers luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a communal lounge for meeting with family and friends, onsite bistro, a shared landscaped garden and on-site parking.
Base Salary:
£13.56 per hour day rate and
£11.44
sleeping night rate per hour
plus additional pay (see below)
Hours:
Flexible (these are to be agreed with the Estate Managers and Operations Manager (includes day and night shifts, week days and weekends)
Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am
Our Care Supervisors
sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

About you:
- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and selfmotivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to coordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
