Training Specialist - diabetes products


The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for somebody with experience of living with type 1 diabetes to move into a patient support role and help people manage their condition.

In this interesting and diverse position you will provide trainingto healthcare professionals and support a select group of patients to teach them proper usage of continuous blood glucose monitors and a connected mobile app based tracker.

Some face-to-face training is involved as well as continued remote support to handleuser queries.


Requirements:
To be considered for the Training Specialist role you must have:

  • A thorough understanding of type 1 diabetes and how to manage the condition
  • A very empathetic personality to help understand patient concerns
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people

The Package for Training Specialist

  • Basic salary: £38, ,000
- £9,000 bonus
- £7,500 car allowance

  • 24 days holidays, healthcare, pension, £5 per day lunch allowance
