Experience working in a startup environment or as an investor in startups -Prior experience hiring and leading large teams -Experience with cloud technologies

Key job responsibilities
Drive adoption and market share across startup organizations in the United Kingdom & Ireland

Develop and execute against a comprehensive startup business development strategy

Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to startups, VC firms, and accelerators/incubators

Accelerate customer adoption

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

Help develop long-term strategic relationships with key startup customers

Expect moderate travel

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in multiple European markets and leading high performing teams as a people manager.
  • Significant business development and/or sales leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • GTM experience
