Training Coordinator
Winners Recruitment is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our customer base consists of OEMs, distributors and contract manufacturers.


Position Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's training and development efforts.

This position is responsible for managing the training process for all new hires, including new employees and existing employees who are enrolled in our employee assistance program (EAP).

The Training Coordinator will work with the EAP Coordinator to facilitate training for employees and will assist with creating an employee assistance program curriculum.


Essential Functions:


  • Coordinate with HR on developing an EAP curriculum for new hires
  • Develop and coordinate the creation of an EAP curriculum for new hires, including all required training and development activities
  • Work with HR to identify areas of growth and improvement in EAP program content
  • Work with EAP team to ensure that all new hires are enrolled in EAP program
  • Assist with onboarding/training of new employees, including completion of background check and drug screen
  • Assist with completion of annual EAP report, review by management, and distribution to customers
  • Coordinate with HR on completion of annual performance evaluations for all employees
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience working with or near the automotive industry preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat X Pro software. Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
