We're excited to be looking for HR Assistant to join our People team.

At a time when our organisation is fast growing, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to further develop their HR skills.

We're looking for someone who can provide administrative support and assistance to the People department, who also wants to bring their own ideas and passion to the role.

Innovation lies at the heart of how we run the charity, and the People team no exception.


You will:


  • Be responsible for recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Be first point of contact for all HR queries.
  • Maintain the HRIS systems.
  • Note take in formal meetings.
  • Produce HR documentations and reports.
  • Assist with Learning and Development.
  • Support the team with adhoc projects.
  • Report to the Senior HR Advisor.
