DGS Service Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Security/Customer Care Supervisor in the Tower Centre in Ballymena, This role is full time at 40 hours per week with shifts during the week and weekend with every other weekend off and the rota rotating every two weeks.

Duties include

  • Be responsible for site administration including completion of rotas and holiday management
  • Ensure all staff are fully conversant with emergency procedures and complete onsite training.
  • Ensure full compliance with site policies and procedures.
  • Writing complete and accurate handover and incident reports when required.
Essential Criteria

  • Experience at supervisory level
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate, Word, Excel and Outlook
Desirable Criteria

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • First Aid Certificate


DGS Service Solutions pay for all Security Officers upskill training and licence fee for all our sites, therefore a SIA Security/Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role.
