Administrator you'll work with true experts who'll share their knowledge and provide support, encouragement and invaluable feedback so you never stop learning.
What you'll be doing
- Weekly reporting including Live Reports, Dead Reports, Leavers Reports, Reissue Reports.
- Management of the Fines Reconciliation, Escalation and Reimbursement Process
- Raising purchase orders
- Communication
- Liaise with Operations Teams and other relevant stakeholders to communicate delivery schedules, address concerns, and provide necessary information
- Managing incoming adhoc daily department queries
- Any other adhoc reporting requests as required.
Who we're looking for
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 products is essential.
- The individual will demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving;
- The role requires a high level of accuracy across all data sources.
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest Reliable and Professional Person.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
