As a Purchase Ledger Clerk with us, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly.

With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and sending out up to 3000 invoices per month.

Your commitment to maintaining precise records and upholding financial integrity will contribute directly to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely invoice processing.

Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Update and maintain purchase ledger records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any invoice-related queries or discrepancies.

Utilize Sage software to carry out day-to-day tasks effectively.


What We Offer:

Competitive salary of up to £25,000 per year.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar Purchase Ledger Clerk role is essential.

Ability to handle a high volume of invoices while meeting deadlines.

£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
