The role of Transport Controller in Redditch will involve:

  • Managing and tracking vehicle maintenance.
  • Health & Safety.
  • Accident investigation.
  • Driver & vehicle compliance.
  • Managing drivers.
  • Transport planning.
  • Customer service.
  • Managing KPIs

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Transport Controller will have:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience dealing with Class 1, Class 2 & Vans.
  • Transport planning knowledge.
  • Fleet compliance experience.
  • Used TMS.
  • A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
  • Flexibility in working times.
  • Good IT skills.
