We are recruiting for a HLTA on behalf of one of our Telford schools
The school is rated Good by Ofsted and is accessible from the city centre via transport links. 'Calm and purposeful' is how the atmosphere is described, with a consistent approach to managing pupils' behaviour.

Somebody that is able to uphold the school's systemsalready in place, and keep change to a minimum for the children, would be ideal.

Experience in UKS
Good behaviour management skills
A degreelevel qualification (desired but not essential)
