Recruitment and Retention Advisor - IMMEDIATE START
**£19.31 p/h | MONDAY - FRIDAY

Gloucester - Temporary ongoing**My amazing client based in Gloucester is looking for a Recruitment and Retention Advisorto join their busy and fast paced team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead on projects on recruitment and retention and taking responsibility for planning, developing and implementing the projects.
  • Line management of team when needed.
  • Ensuring a great service is provided to partnership with recruitment agencies.
  • Helping with training the team and ensuring all materials are updated.
  • Ensure needs of the business are met by working with internal staff members.

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Previous experience within a recruitment setting.
  • Line management experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes including Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and use own initiative.
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
