The Opportunity:

At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers. Our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to lead our Central Timetabling team who ensure efficient and effective timetabling across the University.

You will manage the daily operations of the timetabling team, monitor KPIs, and oversee the development of central timetabling officers.

The role also involves supporting timetabling and related cross functional university wide continuous improvement projects, and the delivery of best practices and services to senior management, key stakeholders and students.

You will need to be based in the Coventry Office 2-3 days during the 6 week training period, after this it will be 1 day a week.

About You:

You will need to have a proven track record of managing a team to deliver high-quality services to tight deadlines.

You should also be able to work independently, respond to unforeseen problems, and have knowledge of relevant work practices, processes and university regulations.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver performance improvements across the organisation.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

We use the TermTime (Semestry) system for creating and managing timetables; experience using this, or other timetabling systems, is desirable but not essential.

Why Arden:

  • PMI or Healthcare Cashback (dependent on role grade)
  • Study any Arden course for free, with generous discount for all family and friends
  • Our 'Golden Ticket' which allows you to gift anyone in your life a free Arden education
  • Plus, other
    competitive benefits
