My Client are a language school who offer a wide range of high quality courses across the UK and North America to students.
Description
The Successful Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- support the Sales Representatives to ensure Partner Agents have all the marketing materials and support required to promote our courses
- work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all bookings are kept up-to-date and any changes are communicated to colleagues
- produce sales invoices and visa invitation letters and any other supporting documentation requested by the Sales Representative
- maintain an up-to-date record of agents, agreements, visa letters and any other sales documentation requested by the Sales Team
- assist with general office administration including answering the telephone, welcoming visitors
- maintain and update all CRM records
- check, chase and maintain all booking information.
Profile
The Successful Administrator will have the following skills/qualties:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Professional communication skills.
- Excellent standard of customer service.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a highpressure environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills.
