We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our innovative and forward thinking Recruitment Team at Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust.

We as a team are looking for a range of hours to support us within our recruitment team including both full time and part time with flexibility around the days/hours worked.


We are looking for someone who is a customer focused person with excellent planning and organisational skills to join our friendly and supportive team.


We are seeking an effective communicator, who will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative recruitment service, ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes.


  • Undertake the full range of administrative work in support of Trust wide recruitment in all aspects from advert to appointment.
  • Ensure all pre-employment clearances and checks are undertaken, including references, health clearance, disclosures, professional registration, right to work, as required using trac recruitment system.
  • Partake in the Recruitment Helpdesk rota.
We're a large organisation with three hospitals located in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole. We also provide community services in North Lincolnshire. Our 6,500 members of staff care for and support a population of more than 400,000 people.
