An award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to add an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to their team based in Birmingham.


The Building Surveyor role


The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team with an extensive amount of support and a huge social presence with regular company events and get togethers.


The Building Surveyor will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects including new build developments, alterations, maintenance schemes, refurbishments and repairs alongside design, specification and contract administration.


As well as this, the Building Surveyor will gain experience working on professional services such as condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, measured surveys, dilapidations and TDD.

The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Part way through APC/eager to complete APC
  • Professional services & Project management experience
  • A confident and hardworking individual
