Look no further One of London's leading Estate Agents with over 50 offices throughout the capital, are looking for a hungry and ambitious Senior Lettings Consultant for their growing Maida Vale office.

As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will:

Ensuring excellent landlord and tenant relationships.
Conduct property viewings and guide potential tenants through the rental process.
Provide accurate and uptodate market advice to clients.
Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
Stay informed about the local property market trends and competition.

Requirements:

Proven track record in the real estate/lettings industry.
Indepth knowledge of the property market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant industry certifications (ARLA, NAEA) preferred.
Driving licence

What's On Offer:
- £25,000/£30,000 Basic Salary

Commission + Car Allowance

- £50,000/£60,000 OTE
