About the Role:


We are looking to recruit a People Services Administrator to provide practical employee and volunteer lifecycle processes and first line advice to all of our colleagues.

Working in a very fast paced environment this role requires excellent attention to detail whilst achieving our service level agreements.

This is an administration role working within a current team of 6 which includes a People Services Team Leader and 4 People Service Administrators.


Working in the shared service team means you will be working closely with and supporting the wider teams including Learning & Development, Payroll, Volunteering, Health & Safety and Internal Communications.

You will also support the administration for the Employee Relations Advisors.
