As a key member of the team reporting to the VP of Business Operations (Technology), you will play an important role in driving the successful execution of organizational change programs and ensuring the seamless operation of our team.

The role...

  • Oversee the Business Operations Project Portfolio, implementing and optimizing processes for effectiveness, leading review sessions, and ensuring the smooth coordination of status updates.
  • Efficiently manage Programs and Projects by maintaining uptodate project plans, task assignment, communications, distribution of meeting agendas and notes, and diligent followup on assigned actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and engaging presentations to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain critical information repositories on SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring that data is consistently updated and administered with precision.
  • Contribute to the organization and coordination of significant events such as AI Fridays, Hackathons, Scrum Clinics, and key Planning Ceremonies in support of the team.
  • Assist the VP of Product (US) through general administrative support, department meeting coordination, and the compilation of reports and presentations for key Quarterly Product Events.
  • Undertake a variety of general administrative and tool configuration tasks, including working with Rally, Clarity, FTi, and PowerBi to streamline operations for the Business Operations team.
  • Proven experience in a project coordination and general administration role is desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a selfmotivated approach.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2) is advantageous.
