The Opportunity:

Ensure the successful delivery of a highquality and clientfocused legal support service through the daytoday management of the various support services teams.
Responsibilities will include induction of new starters and transfers, regular progress meetings and appraisals, resolution of issues relating to staffing and HR matters, management of recruitment processes, and acting as a coach to develop team membersto the highest standards.

You will have:

A management qualification(s) and/or equivalent experience of working in a management role within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to motivate and lead people.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
