Qualitair Aviation are currently looking for a logistics professional to join their client's site based in Saarbrücken.


Responsibilities:


  • Projectrelated customer support on a daytoday business from a warehouse logistics point of view
  • Supporting central purchasing
  • Procurement, management and planning and inventory management
  • Handling customs clearance and transport orders
  • Supporting and improving current methods and processes
  • Maintaining of the internal system
  • Coordinating and execution of transports

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in logistics or comparable training
  • Professional experience in aviation
  • Knowledge of AMOS would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of import/export customs clearance desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Confidence and high resilience
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of initiative
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Openminded and flexible approach towards customer requests on an international level
  • A police clearance certificate free of entries
