Our client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor based near Wetherby. Their clients range from local schools and churches to national retailers, banks and call centres. Their services cover everything from replacing a faulty light fittingto providing national maintenance coverage throughout the UK.Office Manager - Position Overview
- Answering the phone and passing along messages
- Maintaining spreadsheets and documents
- Planning in works
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Answering general queries about services provided
- Preparing financial documents
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Continuous review and development of processes and controls
- Speaking with internal team regularly, building rapport which will help you in your role
- Adhoc queries as requested by MD
- Taking on jobs and allocating a member of the team
- Position Requirements.*
- Proven experience in a construction Administrator role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated
- Can work independently as well as a team
- Good commercial / analysis skills.
- Live within a commutable distance of Wetherby
Office Manager - Position Remuneration
- Salary up to £28,000 (Dependant on experience)
- 9am 5pm, part time or full time available
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
