Responsibilities:


  • Establish and oversee the compliance and AML function in SG
  • Collaborate with regulators and relevant parties and the implementation of compliance processes
  • Provide compliance advisory on new regulatory development
  • Implement policy and procedure internally to ensure quality compliance
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to effectively manage company's risk

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in banking / payments / crypto industries
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field
  • Experience working with MAS & PSA licensing are highly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
