About Our Client:


Our client is a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Blackburn looking for an established Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join their team.


Duties of the Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator:

  • Experience in a customer service / service coordination capacity.
  • Utilising telephone with customer and key stakeholders.
  • Processing orders/sales orders.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database
  • Create and maintain relationships with Customers.
  • General admin duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Managing the end to end order process.
  • Experience managing customer orders within supply chain
  • B2B customer experience
- proactive customer approach

  • Great telephone presence / relationship building qualities
