Due to the success of our business and recent £300 million investment, we are looking to grow our team, and are looking for an
Operations Administrator who is highly organised, an excellent multi-tasker, and has fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be providing support across all activities and functions within our IT & Operations department. The role will include managing and tracking key activities, as well as coordinating tasks across the wider business

As our
Operations Administrator you will:


  • _**_Support the delivery of IT and Operations services to customers and the wider toob business
  • Manage/support key reporting activities for IT & Ops Director and management team
  • Provide cross function support including coordinating/tracking staff training and development, arranging business travel, workshops, and cross location meetings
  • Raise Purchase Orders for IT & Operations, liaising with Finance and other key stakeholders
  • Support the project management team across the full lifecycle Planning, delivery, testing and golive
  • Help maintain project related documentation and ISO accreditations
  • Organise the provision of mobile phones and sim cards for the company
  • Support basic IT contract management activities including software renewals / quoting for annual renewals
  • Assist the IT team including managing hardware warranties / renewals, asset management and onboarding / offboarding of employees.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • **Proven track record of good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Stakeholder Management across all levels of the toob business and external suppliers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility, adaptability, good judgement, and decisionmaking skills
  • Time Management and the ability to multitask effectively when working on several projects
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Experience and/or a genuine interest in IT & Operations
  • Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
  • Live within commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ working the majority of days from our office with some flexibility for home working.
