Cyber Security Manager (Permanent)

Location:
London/Hybrid

Salary:
Up to £85,000 per annum

A fast growing and innovative key client are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager with expertise in running workshops, defining and embedding security processes within the security team and wider technology function and being the go-to person for carryingout activities across individual projects.

The role requires developing and documenting security test plans, guidelines and procedures. Devising methods for automating testing and streamlining security test processes.

Reading and analysing global security standards, policies and recommendations andadjusting internal controls and requirements to make continuous improvements to the Group's security practices and posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of defining and delivering all project management activities across all workstreams of the security programme
Ensure interdepencies are identified, granular breakdown of work into trackable pieces and tracking the delivery of those work pieces
Ensure stakeholders are well informed of the progress and expectations from them
Provide additional capacity to existing operational resources (either by backfilling them or carrying out project actions)
Track and report on the level of adoption across different groups
