Job Description:


  • Using a variety of data inputs create and maintain short and long term customer demand forecasts
  • Monitor customer trends and research multiple demand drivers
  • Simulate and present a variety of customer fulfilment scenarios based on available field capacities
  • Define, communicate, and implement demand management strategies
  • Prepare and present weekly reports (dashboards, heat maps, charts)
  • Analyse large data sets to improve forecast accuracy and customer fulfilment

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Forecasting / demand planning background
  • Experienced with automation and data manipulation software
  • Highly analytical with acute attention to detail
  • Creative and inquisitive
  • Ability to take complex data sets and turn into meaningful operational actions
  • Good communicator who can lead meetings and justify decisions with data
