Vehicle Parts Advisor required in Gloucester.

Starting salary up to £26,000 per annum pending experience.
40hour week Monday to Friday.

Our client, a large vehicle body/accident repair group with multiple sites nationwide, require a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy centre in Cheltenham.

As a Vehicle Parts Advisor you will support our client's accident repair workshop team by providing replacement vehicle parts in a well organised and timely manner.

You will be the first point of contact for all vehicle parts enquiries and must be able to make purchases understanding the commercial benefits gained form different sources.

In addition, you will also manage and control our client's vehicle paint and sundry stocks, chase parts orders, liaise with suppliers to request delivery dates, arrange returns for credit, and contribute to managing the supplier relationship.

In order to be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current experience working with automotive parts or similar.

You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with mínimal points, be commercially astute with a high attention to detail, be able to work collaboratively as well as individually, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner.
