Description

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hard Services Team based in Westminster. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, a fantastic range of high street and online retail discounts, GP App and even more.

Contract:
Permanent - Full Time


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm


Responsibilities


As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Hard Services Team, supporting them in overseeing and managing the PPM and reactive maintenance.


Your day to day will include:

  • Oversee the daily operation of all ppm's and reactive workorders
  • Maintain the open workorder report to ensure all reactive workorders are actioned & closed within SLA and any mitigations & delay requests are escalated to the onsite admin/helpdesk.
  • Maintain SLA's and KPI's to ensure compliance is achieved
  • Provide a weekly feedback report on the updates of the operation to the hard services manager
  • Carry out toolbox talks and update the training matrix for the team you are supervising.
  • Prepare and assist with internal and external audits to ensure the building reaches the required compliance scores, actions are resolved with the required timeframe.

  • Have previous experience in FM
  • Have an Electrical or Mechanical background
  • Have good knowledge of IT systems and skills
